By accessing or using tourscore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including occupiers, brokers, landlords, and operators.

2. Description of service

tourscore is a platform for managing commercial real estate tours. It enables users to score and compare properties, invite tour participants, collaborate with colleagues and brokers, and receive insights from property teams. Features available to you depend on your account type and subscription plan.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use tourscore. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and to notify us promptly if your account is compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit content that is misleading, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our express written consent.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or the experience of other users.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create within tourscore, including tour data, scores, and comments. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Property listings and claims

Landlords and operators who claim a building or space on tourscore agree to provide accurate information and to represent only properties they are authorised to manage. tourscore reserves the right to remove inaccurate or fraudulent claims without notice.

7. Aggregated insights and anonymisation

By using tourscore, you acknowledge that scoring data may be used to generate anonymised, aggregated insights for space providers. No personal data is shared with space providers. All insights are fully anonymised before being made available to any third party.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the tourscore platform, including its design, software, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by or licensed to tourscore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

tourscore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided through it is accurate or complete. Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tourscore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes by email or via an in-app notification. Continued use of tourscore after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
